Paralight Ltd was formed in the August of 2004 by James Hawkes-Reed and his Wife Anita. James Had previously worked for Chameleon Group on behalf of Vodafone installations (NCF) as an Auditor, this would entail inspecting engineers work, and training new engineers. James also undertook the troubleshooting of pivotal accounts when vehicle engineering problems arose. Prior to this James ran his own successful installations firm, undertaking work on behalf of nationwide car kit installation firms.
